Sharkshield had a unique, patented product that was researched and scientifically proven. Despite this, the benefits of the product weren’t being effectively communicated to the public. Managing Director Lindsay Lyon approached JuiceBox to help bridge the gap.
We identified the short falls in their marketing strategy and created a new website targeted at educating the market about their products. The website integrated a full eCommerce and order tracking system across mobile, tablet and desktop devices with a focus on clean and usable design.
Since launch, sales of the Sharkshield products have increased by 450% through digital channels and continues to rise.
The new Sharkshield website was designed to ensure the brand was easily identified as credible, established and scientifically proven. All of which were lacking from previous iterations. Video media was extensively used to highlight research and results in addition to features performed on the device by larger brands.
To ensure the Sharkshield devices function was understood simply, illustrations in addition to research papers were designed and implemented throughout the site.
